Upon mission completion and full synchronization (payment clear), clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to deploy the constructed digital assets across specified sectors, as agreed in our project briefing. The raw source files and our proprietary AI algorithms typically remain securely in our vault, unless an enterprise transfer is arranged.
During our missions, we may construct your platform using open-source libraries or third-party cosmic frameworks. These materials are governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL) and we ensure their usage complies strictly with interstellar legal standards.
Copying, reverse engineering, or unauthorized redistribution of our lab's core design systems, animations (including the UFO abduction sequences), and unique brand assets without a direct uplink and written consent is strictly prohibited and monitored by our defensive algorithms.
We appreciate it when our partners keep the "Forged by BIGMILES" signature in the footer of their deployed systems, but this is always subject to negotiation during the initial contract phase.
